Adam Glennon
About Adam Glennon
Adam had planned to be the next Stephen King while studying Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University but then had children and it was much easier to write about the horrors of parenthood through creative non-fiction.
This led to his first book, Why Do They Always Shout? Memoirs of a Tired Dad, which was published in 2020 and can be purchased on Amazon here. It’s filled with easy-to-read bite-sized short stories about life as a dad. No advice. He can’t help you. Just shared experiences and a lot of humour.
His creative non-fiction is not always about life as a dad and in 2022 three short stories about his childhood were published in Gin City: Writing from Plymouth Volume 2.
But he never quite gave up on his plans to write Sci-Fi and all things strange and so his first Novella is also available to download from Amazon and is most definitely not one for the faint-hearted! Download ICU First today! A sequel is in the works so watch this space!
